  • The concept of 'waste' is the point. No one wants to waste money. Leaving hallway lights burning all night long has been a mistake Europeans have eliminated decades ago. How about co-op buildings over-heating in winter ? When I visit Open House visits, so many big buildings are hot, and agents though open windows to make the visit comfortable to prospective buyers. The list of wasted energy /efforts is HUGE !
