Well, that was fast! Back in October, CooperatorNews cited reporting from The Real Deal on the recent purchase of the last developer-held residential unit in the iconic Puck Building on the corner of Houston and Lafayette Streets in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood. At $42.5 million, the 7,241-square-foot penthouse was the most expensive listing to go into contract the week before Labor Day, and was purchased by model-entrepreneur Karlie Kloss and her husband, venture capitalist Joshua Kushner—brother of Donald Trump’s son-in-law and former White House advisor Jared Kushner.
Kushner’s family business The Kushner Companies redeveloped the iconic property at the turn of the millennium, and the 36-year-old Kushner and 29-year-old Kloss already owned another penthouse in the building when they made their recent purchase—a three-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom unit. Now People reports that the couple has put that unit on the market for $23.5 million.
Lavishly designed and appointed, the home includes its own media, fitness, and laundry rooms, and is outfitted with a smart home automation system. According to People, it’s listed with Nick Gavin at Compass and Adam Modlin of Modlin Group.
