On Wednesday, May 10, CooperatorEvents once again welcomed thousands of board members, managers, building owners, vendors, and co-op, condo, and HOA residents from across the tristate area to the New York Hilton in the heart of Midtown for the spring edition of the CooperatorEvents New York Expo. The event has been a fixture on the calendars of multifamily real estate professionals and community leaders for nearly 30 years, and this show once again demonstrated why.
As always, the Expo provided an invaluable opportunity -- not just for the over 250 participating exhibitors to get their products and services in front of the people making decisions on behalf of their buildings and associations, but for attendees themselves to learn about the latest in building services, attend informative seminars and expert panels, get free advice from legal and management pros, and meet the people who keep their multifamily communities running smoothly year after year.
Expanding Education
Though the exhibitor booths, product demos, and networking are what draw vendors and consumers alike to the spring Expo (and to its fall counterpart, held in November at the Jacob Javits Center - more on that below!) the event offers a full slate of in-depth educational programming as well. This spring's show included seminars on everything from navigating the volatile mortgage market to addressing the safety risks posed by increasingly common battery-powered e-bikes. Many of the seminars - which are all available to stream on-demand at cooperatorevents.com - drew standing-room-only crowds, with presenters and panelists fielding questions from audience members well after their presentations concluded.
...and Much More!
In addition to all that, of course the Expo included a whole lot of amenities and swag, including a well-appointed food court, free legal advice booths, product demos, and valuable giveaways from exhibitors throughout the day.
And if you missed the Hilton show, never fear! CooperatorEvents is already gearing up for the Fall Expo, which will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 10:00am to 4:30pm at the Jacob Javits Convention Center at 655 W. 34th Street in Manhattan. As always, registration is FREE – just visit coopexpofall.com, and click the 'Register to Attend' button.
