  • FYI we signed our conversion to gas contract three years ago. Con Ed is the slowest operation I mhave ever seen. We were 99% done when they changed the layout they had approved. We finally have a Final Inspection scheduled. Buyer's beware!!! Be prepared to continue paying for oil long after you start your project.
