For $24.5 million, you can live right under President Trump's Manhattan home.

The New York Post reported that a condo duplex located directly below the president's triplex penthouse in Trump Tower at 721 Fifth Avenue is now on the market.

According to the listing by Dolly Lenz Real Estate, the duplex has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and covers 6,144 square feet.

“Encompassing the entire southern face of the building on the 64th and 65th floors with panoramic skyline and cityscape views, this cavernous home features 5+ grand bedroom suites and entertainment rooms framed by floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. This home is an irreplaceable gem and represents great value,” said the listing.

Dolly Lenz Real Estate added that the amenities of the 68-story, 263-unit building include 24-hour doorman and concierge service, valet service, and a fitness center.

Brokers Dolly Lenz and Jennifer Lenz did not offer a comment to the Post.

The story also said that the seller of the condo is an Oklahoma billionaire named Jeff Records, the CEO of MidFirst Bank.

The location of the apartment does raise potential security concerns about a new neighbor living in very close proximity to the president's home. As a source told the Post: “What is to stop the Chinese or the Russians from buying the apartment under a front, and then drilling spy holes in the ceiling to listen to the conversations and goings-on?”

Real estate sources also told the paper that the if the condo board legally wanted to stop a prospective buyer, it could purchase the apartment itself through a board waiver.

According to Mansion Global, the duplex is supposedly the most expensive unit in the building for sale.
