APPointMents & Transitions Public Finance Attorney Charles Treece Returns to Ballard Spahr from Fannie Mae Citing a statement released Septem- ber 25 by the law fi rm Ballard Spahr LLP, Law360.com announces the return of public fi nance attorney Charles Treece to the fi rm’s public fi nance group. Aft er four and a half years with the fi rm, Treece hopped over to Fannie Mae, representing the lending giant in its purchases of loans that were refi nanc- ing multifamily housing, with a particular focus on aff ordable multifamily housing, according to Law360. Two years later, he’s back with Ballard Spahr to have “the oppor- tunity to work on a broader range of trans- actions,” per the outlet. Treece’s co-workers are pleased to have him back, citing his experience with low-in- come tax credits and aff ordable multifamily housing development. Emilie R.
