The Real Property Law Section Professionalism Award is given to one attorney selected each year and is reserved for lawyers who, among other things, possess an outstanding level of legal ability and achievement, have made strong contributions to the practice of law, and demonstrate ethics, civility, and appreciation for others. In announcing the award, the NYSBA Real Property Law Section said: Dennis is truly joining a list of giants of New York real estate attorneys.
